Things continue to decline here at good old Dober Farms. BTW, the correct name is Dover Farms, but in view of the pitiful reviews this place gets it is no wonder that JVM (owner) is in no hurry to correct the name. I will see what I can do about that next, since anyone searching for Dover Farms most likely won't find these stellar reviews!

Last evening as I stopped at the mail hut I noticed a flickering glow in the night sky up the hill from the hut's location. I grabbed my mail and out of curiosity drove up the hill to see if something was burning. To my amazement a resident had built a bonfire in front of his ground floor patio at best 10 feet from the building. Hot embers were being carried into the sky from this fire. Music was blasting and I'm sure his/her neighbors were thrilled with this nonsense.

We residents are not permitted to use grills on our porches or balconies, but I guess building bonfires in close quarters like this is just fine. If I see this kind of activity anywhere in this community again I will call the police and the fire department.

Rediculous conduct, and (I think) right across from the building where the so called Property Manager lives! No wonder this community is the lowest rated in North Royalton.

THe cops were called by someone whom lives in the building, me I called them and they came down and made them put it out...unfortunetly the community is full of people that cn not be babyat all the time. It's just like owning a house and having a neighbor that leaves crap on their driveway or has loud parties, you should blame the people who are rude not managment... They cant stay up 72 hours a day and just because you live in apartments doesnt mean that everything is like a prison and it monitored your surrounded by various groups of people...dont point a finger i work in cost. serivce and some peopel make a bad rap for everyone have a little heart.

Sucks to pay rent and have to deal with issues like this. It would be different if you owned the home and it was a condo. Then you would have more control with the property manager because he or she would be working for you not some investor. I have three words for you BUY A CONDO. You can earn equity, get a nice tax break and get the satisfaction of property managers working for you!
