I searched several communities when I moved to this area from Bowling Green. After having many different landlords I can honestly say that the team at Dover Farms is the best I have had and I am so grateful! I am the furthest thing from Susie Homemaker and anytime I have managed to have a kitchen malfunction or any type of maintenance request - the office has responded very quickly.

There is a one time grace period if you are late by a day on your rent so the other posts regarding evictions are completely overlooking the renter's other strikes as a tenant. How many checks did you miss for an eviction notice...'

Friendly, great staff, gorgeous exterior and interior. Only recommendations are updates to the workout center and more garbage bins. They have never been overflowing (lies! all lies!) but they can be a hike depending on where your apartment is in the winter. Minor suggestions just to make a great community even better!
