I wish I had seen these reviews before moving in last year. I was living out of state and saw the deal online and sent my fiance to look. He was shown a decent looking apartment and because he worked for one of their "preferred" companies we were given an awesome move in deal. That is where awesome ends. We were given a dirty apartment and it was amazing this complex listed as "luxury" had severely outdated appliances. I mean early 90's. We demanded another apartment and was given one with new carpet, still old subpar appliances. Because we didn't move our items quick enough and they rented to dirty apartment out the staff went and moved our things into the hallway. When we made a big deal about it first my husband was hung up on then we were offered a free carpet cleaning. Wow compensation for putting your things in the hallway to be stolen. The wonderful perk of an accent wall never happened. Our sidewalk flooded constantly when it rained and I finally fell one day after the water subsided and they didn't clean it up and I stepped on a pile of mulch because it was too dark outside at night to see. My husband's job finally moved him and we were allowed to break our lease as promised...so we thought. About 9 months later a letter was sent to my husband's ex-wife's house from a collection agency demanding 3600 for breaking the lease and a $20 cleaning cost for the stove that was already dirty when we moved in. It was too old to clean very well. The prices are way to high for the lack of luxury advertised. We went a couple days after moving in and seeing how we were treated to another place and it was wonderful for less money but we couldn't get out of our lease. There is not enough parking, we had two cars, one garage and because my husband got off late he would have to park far away from our building.
