Not worth the money... one headache after another.

I have lived here for a year now and have had a ton of problems with the unit I rent. Things like dirty carpet, heat going out in the winter numerous times, a/c unit never working, flooding, and minor things breaking all the time. Maintenance is ok but they are just really under staffed for a complex with so many problems. I won't renew my lease and can't wait to move out. Dealing with corporate is a waste of your time also. For the quality of the places, it's not worth what you pay in rent. I wish they could fix things as fast as they cash my rent check! Just not a well run community. Obviously they can't forsee the problems I had, but they don't try to make it right either and I'm not the only one who has had a less than desireable experience. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
