Dover Farms Apartments are actually pretty nice. The layouts are interesting, they are very quiet. If you live on the ground level and have your own private entrance, it's more like a condo than an apartment. That being said, the "Property Manager" ---------------, is so grossly unqualified to run a complex of this size, it's staggering. I have no idea how she got the job, but she is the reason we are leaving. She has ------------------------, is --------------- and since she took over as PM, has let utter trash move into the complex, probably because as a ----------------, she cannot gauge who is a respectable person and who is someone just like her. She hired a maintenance person (who was a lousy maintenance person) to be a leasing agent, and he is more clueless than she is. They just fired another leasing agent because she was the biggest twit anyone has ever met. Bottom line: Until they make an effort and hire qualified sales PROFESSIONALS to work in the Dover Farms office, this place will continue to go down hill. Save your money, the dirty pool and the off and on working hot tub are not worth the nearly $1,000/mo. price tag.

Dover Farms Apartments would like to acknowledge we are committed to working with our residents to achieve a satisfactory result. We value our residents and strive to make sure all needs are met and that our residents are happy with their choice to live at Dover Farms. The management team in place has been trained and has achieved certificates and awards for their accomplishment. Some of them have over ten years experience in the industry, including the property manager and service technicians. We continue to train, educate, and cross train the staff. We hire those who we feel fit their jobs perfectly. By having a prior maintenance technician join our office team, we feel this enhances our office staff and is a benefit to our residents. His experience is valuable and brings added knowledge when corresponding with the residents regarding service requests and maintenance concerns. The management team is always open for communication and would be happy to resolve any concerns our residents are having. We have an open door policy, and encourage residents to convey any worries they may have. Our responsive experienced staff is in place to help residents with any situations that may arise.
