Maintenance is terrible I've had holes and water pouring out of my bathroom ceiling for almost a year. Gutters hanging off the building for months, when the washer or dryer in the building broke I was told it's "not their problem until normal business hours." Leaving me to take my soap covered clothes to a 24hr laundry mat accross town. Let's not forget that the property manager had no problem being sweet as pie when I first moved in, then spoke to me as if I was scum when I complained of the problems not being fixed. Its fine you you want to live somewhere temporarily for cheap, but thats exactly what you get...cheap.
