My balcony has hanging panels and they wont fix them! Everytime it rains hard, or big gusts of wind go by, the panels fall down even more. It also took them like 5 weeks to fix the holder thing in my bathtub. And the maintance manager is on drugs, majorly. He never gets the job done, and he is always missing. I have to walk to the bus stop in the mornings, and in the winter they road is always slippery. On many occasions i have, or have witnessed people falling on these roads. Do not live in Oak Brook, they have horrible service. And the property manager is a mean heartless lady. Live here at your own risk
