I still live in these apartments. I haven't had a problem with noise at all, but the windows are VERY drafty , so unless you like it cold in the winter your gas bill is going to be huge. The snow clearing is a big issue, as are the high apartment prices. The pool is really lame, but at least they've added a few things to the weight room. The parking has gotten worse as time goes on, it's pretty bad now. Overall though, it's a very nice and safe place to live.

Royal oks is is centered around nice scenary--but the noise from my upstairs neighbor is ridiculous--I can hear the person walk across the floor like nobodys business--it's so loud it shakes my apartment --running, jumping, sometimes it sounds like they are just dropping furniture and that is NO exaggeration, oh and if your neighbors smoke and you don't you will experience a wave of cigarette smoke--closing your vents won't help either. and not to mention how often I hear my nieghbors when they are intimate--Trust me I don't want to hear it--how about at midnight , 1am, sunday morning at 8am--and while I am trying to sleep in before going to church--it ticks me off. I should not have to get out of bed to sleep in my living roomto avoid hearing this!!!-People do what they want in the privacy of there dwellings but when I have to hear it constanly, its a problem--consider this befor making a decision to move here
