Nice for 3 months at least

My family and I lived there on a 3 month lease, and I was satisfied with the service and maintenance. Our upstairs neighbors were rather loud, but after complaining to the office about it they quieted down. The pool and hot tub were rather nice, although the hot tub was out of order for several weeks. I thought the office staff was very nice.
Some cons were the somewhat thinner than normal walls and ceiling, and the A/C was unbelievably loud. There also was little cabinet space in the kitchen. We had a nice view from our apartment but one of our windows was completely fogged up, and they would not do anything to fix it.
