This place cost way too much than it is worth. The staff has gone through changes with this recent change of management companies. In fact, one of the residents I know at the property next door, Dover Farms, which is also owned by the same company, said that both Dover Farms and Royal Oaks will be changing into condos. No wonder the staff has been very unwilling to be helpful after you move in! The apartments are outdated, cost more than they are worth and the staff is less than adequate (especially the manager)! Avoid this place if you can and consider Spruce Run or Hampton Club... much nicer apartments, better prices and they are managed by Gross Builders, which is known for doing a good job.
