Beware - outside looks great - poorly maintained and overpriced

I absolutely hate living here. The model unit is beautiful so be sure you check the actual unit you get before you sign a lease. My unit was in terrible shape when I moved in. There are ants in the kitchen even though its winter and 10 degrees outside. I can't imagine what it will be like when it warms up. The lower level units like mine seem to have some water problems as the apartment sits on a slab at the lower end of a hill. There was black mold in a bathroom when I moved in and it comes back even after applying bleach. The cabinets and bath vanites are falling apart and need to be replaced.
It is clear to me that the owners are in it for the money only. We are treated as tenants and not customers. I am very disappointed
