This property is a rip off. Dover Farms is its sister property, so be warned that both are built into the sides of the hills. Seems like a beautiful place to live, until you realize that the first floor apartments are like basements. They have fewer/smaller/or no windows at all in the front and on the sides of the apartments. Of course they will only show the model which is never on "ground" level. There is no ground level because of the steep hills which means the basement apartments are subject to flooding. If you must live here, go for the second or third floor apartments or you will be sorry. By law, they can show you the actual apartment you will be living in if they give the current tenants 24 hours notice. MAKE them show you the apartment before you sign so you won't get screwed!!!!
