I just moved out and am so much more happy in my new place which costs less money and has responsive management and maintenance.
Royal Oaks looks nice on the outside but the inside is not well kept. The heating is terrible and the units are very, very drafty. My curtains would move as the drafts blew through the windows seems. It is also very noisy - you can hear doors slamming and footsteps.
It takes for ever to get service finished in your apartment. Some of the men working here are very scarey and not personable.
The owners need to realize that this is a service oriented business. People live in these apartments and they are your number one priority.
