POOR QUALITY BUILDINGS - NO INSULATION

The original building inspector had to be bought off. Only one piece of plywood between floors with one inch of "quick crete" which has crumbled. Ceiling and walls vibrate and creek with each step-(I've had pictures knocked off the wall more than once). You will loose heat in the winter and run your blower 24/7 in the summer. Noise insulation, I can ACTUALLY HEAR my neighbor pick up her comb and hairbrush and set it back down on her bedroom furniture - so that tells you what else I am subjected to overhearing. No elevators here, only three flights of stairs built over the BEDROOM, don't expect to sleep day or night! Don't waste your time or money! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
