Buyer Beware

Have been here 9 months and can't wait until the lease is up so we can get out of here. Found out that we were lied to and misled by leasing agent about numerous things upon move in,and while management apologizes for this they aren't going to do anything about it. Ask 3 employees the same question and you will get 3 different answers. Don't expect maintainence to fix anything right the first time,or even at all in some instances. And don't expect your actual apartment to look like the model - upon move in our accent wall was not painted, and it took 3 requests to get it done. Many of the cabinetry fixtures were damaged, and though management was informed nothing was ever done to rectify it. Windows are very drafty, and though we turn the heat off during the day and keep it at 60 at night (and 67 when we are home)our average gas bill is still 3x what we were told to expect when moving in. All in all,be very, very hesitant to believe what the staff tells you. Not to be all negative though - they allow large dogs, the unit itself is fairly nice looking, safety is not an issue (right next to the police station),and the location is convenient. But unless you have a large dog and need to be in the BH/NR/Sville area, you would be wise to lease elsewhere.
