I wish more people that have good experiences would write on these review boards! I went to Royal Oaks and fell in love with the apartment and made it my home on the spot. I came home that night and thought I would do some research on my new place. I was shocked to read the reviews, everyone seemed so nice and the apartments looked great. Well, I have been living here for 8 months now and I love it. Everyone keeps taking about heating bills... Duhhh! The gas prices are high everywhere! Really people, I have friends in new houses that are paying $600 a month and have their heat at 60. I am enjoying my experience here and I guess if you look at the amount of people that live here and the amount of complaints, most people must be happy for me.
