I WOULD NOT recommend this apartment complex.. I had major concerns from the first month I moved in.. horrible snow removal, no parking, rude staff that never returned my calls... I am a very clean renter and they would not return my security deposit and tried charging me more money after I moved out after I cleaned the entire apartment and steam cleaned the carpets.. My apartment was tiny and not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Royal Oaks Apartments would like to acknowledge that although every apartment community has issues, we are committed to working with our residents to achieve a satisfactory result. We value our residents and strive to make sure all needs are met and that our residents are happy with their choice to live in Royal Oaks. We continually communicate with our residents as we make repairs and upgrades to the community. Our open door policy and friendly, helpful staff are in place to assist residents with any situations that may arise. As with any apartment community, if there are damages to the apartment when a resident moves out we do charge for it. We discuss this and clearly outline all of our policies in our lease agreement.
