To those looking for an apartment, I hope you keep in mind that unfortunately many of us are quick to complain and slow to praise. Look at Hidden Lake Apartments in Stow, Ohio. This is clearly a form letter the managers were asked to post. How sincere is a form letter? Makes it sound like they are trying to do some damage control. This should speak volumes to the professionalism of the property and management company. Do your research.

Dover Farms is also using some of the form letters in its responses, too. All three communities are owned by JVM Realty, which is the most piss poor residential community investors out there! Beware!
