The entire staff (maintenance, cleaning crew, managers, etc) are always willing to help out in any way they can to keep peace and order within the community. comprised of 60 apt. units, this is a nice, small community of families with and without small children, elderly residents and single folks. The grass area is huge for children and pets to run through. Overall, the residents are cooperative when it comes to noise and sharing laundry facilities and other stuff. Each resident also gets their own garage too, with a small storage unit attached.
