Shadow Creek fails to deliver what I expect in an apartment complex in this price range and area. I am disappointed in the condition of the apartment itself, the lack of fulfillment of maintenance requests, the unprofessionalism of the site manager, the lack of snow removal, the poorly lit grounds at night (frequently burned out facility/street lights and overall lack of lighting), problems finding a parking place, overflowing dumpsters, malfunctioning elevators, and other concerns. A major concern is safety - as mentioned the grounds are very poorly lit, and the 'secured building' doors are frequently unlocked. This complex claims to lease 'luxury' suites and townhomes. This is not close to a luxurious habitat. If the rent rates were lower, I could overlook some of the flaws, but my next lease will be signed with one of the area complexes which indicate better delivery of promises, a safer premesis, and superior facilities. We have all the same problems at the owners other building at Mystic Creek in Parma Heights Ohio,it 's all the same!
