ok the kids in the aprtement are not loud they awlways get complantis..they are to loud..there is no wher to play the playground is full of grass and prickers how are kids supposed to play in that. i think that they should fix the playground and make it bigger and more safe for the children i am not saying this place is bad they just make bad chocies..the kids get complains from being to loud ..being out at 9 oclock you live in an apartment there is gunna be noise and with that much noise i am just saying give the kids a break..
