I signed a 13 month lease. 10 of the months I kept a spagetti pot on my bed to keep from soiling it, and dripping through the floor on my couch. I had birds nests in my ventilation duct which prevented me for doing laundry for 7 of the months. Multiple calls to management and to maintenance accomplished nothing. I recently bought a house. Immediately after they knew that I was moving they made a note to tell me about my last 3 months and the buyout clause. When I called to discuss this with the management they immediately sent over people to fix the roof and the dryer, becuase being cheap and innefectual for 10 months should have a cherry on top of fixing everything and stiffing the tennant on top. So enjoy this ---- sunday of an apartment if you move in. I have been, and am now enjoying it thouroughly. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
