To all of you who blame the leasing manager for your problems need to stop. Shadow Creek is a very large apartment complex compared to most. In the office sits one woman who answers the phones, takes care of the daily office needs and shows apartments. This is done all by herself. Most other apartment complexes have at least two to three other people there daily helping with these areas of work. Maybe this is why she can't always be answering your calls. Could she maybe be out showing a suite or on the other line' As for maintenece, why don't you try maintaining a large apartment area like this ALONE. Not only does he do repairs, he paints, does upgrades, and is even sent to other properties to do the same. He does his best, and again he's only one person. Leave these people alone. It seems anymore this website is being used for purposes that are not related to the apartment complex or what this website was even attended for. Spitefullness will get you nowhere.

What's wrong, can't see the forest because of the trees? At least you're right on part of it. There are too mant units for one maintanance person to take care of.... But the owners sre too cheap to hire anyone else! As far as that worthless piece up front, it's fine that she doesn't answer the phone all of the time, however, it is her responsability to return tenents calls related to their concerns. And she does not do that at all. If this place was ran better by that woman, and I use the term loosly, and if there were more maintanance people, you would not have such a high turn over rate. There are moving vans in that place every weekend.!

that review is a joke if she can't handle it then maybe she should let that be known, this just shows how cheap the owners are by not hiring more people to maintain that hole or get a better manager that is capible of doing her job correctly. as for it being a big complex its really convient that she takes reallllllly lonnng lunches, leaves early, not once has she picked up the phone when i;ve called or has returned a phone call. this place succcccccccks

The woman up front is totally unprofessional! She lies (I was standing in her office and heard her straight out lie several times and when she got off the phone she "winked" at me and said "who cares what they want..." she thought I was her friend or something when in actuality I was terrified of her. I saw her really go psycho on a tenet...she screamed and hollared and got right into the face of this girl and accused her of stealing a cheap $5.00 flower arrangement. She even threatened to call the girl's employer and to "tell on her!" The woman in the office is the #1 reason we moved!

Upon reading the reviews I would like to add that the Maintenece man is very nice and prompt, we have had 2 or 3 issues that he has come right over for even late at night. As far as the staff in the office I have not had a chance to deal with her as I will soon ( attached garage neighbors keep leaving the door open all day and night).

Same problems at MYSTIC CREEK APARTMENTS IN PARMA HEIGHTS ,OHIO,KRANTZ other building !SEE THE PATTERN!We have the same problem over here folks!
