First off I want to say to the people who posted before me... if its so bad why did you stay for 2 or even 3 years'''' I have never had any problems getting anything repaired and I have lived here since 2003. Maintenence was always out the next day. If they couldn't come promptly, I was always notified by management. The only problem I had was with the snow, but lets face it, this is Ohio, we only have 2 seasons, and people are only human. Snow is going to accumulate. If there is a problem getting out, back your car in or get 4 wheel drive.

FYI you don't know why people stay or don't stay...I lived in these apartments for 8 years and I HATED them...I stayed because HUD payed most all of my rent not because I liked them at all!

It's too hard to back into the spots when nobody can park in between lines. I'd go out and buy a new car with 4 wheel drive if I wasn't getting robbed on rent.
