I moved in four months ago and have had nothing but problems. From the first day we moved in, we have had maintenance issues with the apartment. Every time I've tried to contact maintenance, I leave a message and not once have I been contacted back.

When we moved in, our washer didn't work. I called that day. Nobody came out until I called again five days later. Within two weeks of living here, we noticed that our hall light fixture was leaking water (it was raining) and we knew the apartment above us was vacant. I called maintenance and the office. This was just fixed two weeks ago after multiple calls EVERY time it has rained. There is paint coming off of the floor of my shower, exposing mold and mildew. I've called and said I've wanted this fixed since the second day I've been here. Still not fixed.

Every time a message is left on the maintenance answering machine or office machine, I receive no response. They've given me excuses such as they must have accidently erased it. They even told me that they FORGOT about my message. Great staff!

I can't wait for this lease to end!
