I lived in these apartments for 2 years and never had any major issues. I had some maintenance issues, but for the most part they were taken care of fast! Karen has made sure apartments are updated and has made some major changes as far as the party rooms and overall appearance inside and out. This is a GREAT place to live if you have kids. There are children everywhere and the pool is a great place to spend a summer day. I looked at MANY apartments in the North Royalton area and these had the largest apartments with laundry inside each unit! A must if you are raising children. Parking is normally pretty sufficient and I must say 90% of the time I always had a spot right across from my apartment. Units are spacious, updated, and the neighbors for the most part are extremely friendly. I didn't choose to leave the apartments until I moved into a home. The buses pick up and drop off kids at each building and its a great environment for the children to be around TONS of their friends! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Well, the management told me that if it were up to Howard children would not be able to live here. I have been warned many time for my children chalking on the side walks. They told me it was defacing property. My neighbors and I were told that the children could not play under the trees and can not ride their bikes. Whoever wrote this is either a complete moron or is a member of the incompetent management.

Managers at Krantz properties all lie like hell for him,they are just as responsible.That is not true what you were told ,they are trying to scare you into being too afraid to let your child play outside!These people are so mean spirited!Let your child play but watch them good ,I have kids too and it is dangerous to let kids out without a parent around to keep watch!Be safe!Ignore that nonsense ,you have rights!
