Their is never any parking our neighbors have five cars when you are only allowed two. They have six people living in a two bedroom town home. The maintenance does a half fast job fixing the things that break around here. Real bad living here. The price we pay is not worth the living area here at all. 739 a month is way to much for a town home anywhere.

Slumlords rent to anyone ,as long as they can fill the units up and collect the rents,AND DO LITTLE IF NO MAINTENANCE AND GET AWAY WITH AS MUCH AS THEY CAN!Read all the reviews of Mystic Creek in Parma Heights ,Howards other property,and see if you see a difference?
