Snow plows still have not done another run through the lots to try and clean up the lots better. They have had 3 days to do it. It now will soon turn to ice and slush and be a real joy to walk on. The fire lanes are still not cleared at all. People still getting stuck. People still digging out. Driving around back of garages is nothing but a huge mess. Seems like just as long as the area around building A looks good, it doesnt matter what the other ones look like.
Hopefully Shadow Creek will definitey shop for another plow company.

By reading this statement it appears that the statement is by no means a personal shot at Karen. I agree that she is great. She really seems to have her renters best interest at heart. The owners definately should be ashamed of themselves then because this apartment complex is dangerous, I still am tracking through snow to get to my car, the sidewalks still havent been shoveled. Karl and Karen are doing a great job, but the owners then are neglegent and shame on them.

I just talked to Karen and she was stuck in NY this past weekend. The owner made her pay the plow company PER PLOW, not for the winter. So they only came around when they felt it was necessary. She is really trying her best to help us out and luckily other residents are helping each other out. If you see someone fixing the lots up, he is a resident who is doing it FOR FREE to help us all out so make sure to thank him!! Its not often someone goes out of their way for the greater good of others these days!! Really, if you have a problem with management, it's most likely not Karen. The owners make her do things she wouldn't normally do because they are cheap and dont' have to deal with the residents and their complaints. Unfortunately, it all comes back to Karen. Write a letter to the OWNER!

I think Karen is a great person and does the best she can. She obviously cant control the weather or how much Management will allow her to spend for the good of the renters...

This is for the person who said they talked to Karen. Well, I talked directly to someone else about this and was told that the plows were called off by the plow company because Karen forgot to pay the bill for the plow. Writing a letter to the owner does not help anything. I recently had a huge problem with safety around here and they could care less. This place is going to hell.
