Alot of amenities for the money. Washer and dryer in apartment. Elevator. Office/maintenance staff really try. Has improved greatly over the last few years.

Seeing many improvements. Has been a nice place to live for 4 years. If owner keeps investing in this property, it will be a great place to live.
AND....I am not management. Seems like everytime someone posts a positive review, someone (I'm sure it is the same idiot) has to post a negative. It's to bad you are such a miserable person that you want to try and get others to join you in your sad little world) If you do not like where you live, GET OUT or SHUT UP!
If you see drug activity, call the police. Your community will give back to you what you give it. Be a positive influence. Speak kindly and be respectful to everyone. Make the outside of your apartment look nice.
