Parking is an issue you almost have to have a garage. I had to get a garage. Every day I came home I didnt have a place to park infront of my building. This was unfair. Maintanence does a poor job with snow and ice removal compaired to other complexes. Apartments themselves are nice. Some trouble with noise loud music from cars. Residents squeeling tires. Local police dept slow to respond to complaints. Living along side of i - 80 causes some road noise. complex could improve on lighting around garages. ***No side walks at complex forced to walk in driveway*** Complex uses speed bumps during summer to attempt to slow down drivers. They have too few speed bumps and doesnt slow anyone down only makes anoying.
