Beautiful place!! Everyone who visits falls in love with the place. 24/7 workout room, recreation room - gorgeous party center! suna and an out door pool that I'm looking forward to using in the summer!
Parking is GREAT! we always have very easy access and did not need a garage. Snow hasn't been bad this year but it's true maintanence is slow to remove snow and ice (but eventually it gets done). there are a lot of buildings maybe they just need to hire more help' drivers do tend to go faster then they should - makes me nervous for my 2 year old daughter.
over all i really do love this place - it's gorgeous, very nice. Security enterance to every building. It's quite and we feel safe here.

aparently you have not noticed the speed bumps are too far apart and not the right type of speed bump for high traffic. the bolts kept popping out knew of one resident who had a tire go flat from one of the bolts. Shouldnt let your kids play in the road bring to a park. December 04 plowing was so terrible i slipped and fell my fiance slipped and hurt her hip, my car bottomed out and my car is not that low to the ground. there were so many ruts from the snow and ice i ended up getting new struts on my car 900.00 repair bill. Very Very poor complex.

you could go next door and pay less for a brand new apt further away from the turnpike, and also not have to pay trash / sewer charges (same owner for both)
