I havenot live here long ... htere is what i think. I think that they are slow to fix things... i think that they never mow the grass or trim the bushes .. they only do that in the very front. In the winter the sidewalks are never shoveled or salt put down on the ice. We have to take care of it ourselfs if we want it done.
The water bill is done on an estimate... so you are paying for water not being used. Which is what i think is the biggest issue. Everyone i know on the first floor has ant problems and they tell you just to spray raid... Not a fixable issue.

They built the apartments in sections. Which means they have different parts to differet buildings... so in turn they have no idea what parts go to what building. Our screen has been broken since i moved in and they have tried to fix it bringing the wrong one every time. This place was not built right at all.. and if they knew it was in different sections with different parts they should have mroe mantance guys working for all the different parts. Its going to go in the slumps soon. I would enjoy it while it lasts.

Poor workmanship is what happens when you have a builder they use the cheapest material possible and build it in the quickest time. they rush through. I found in my apt which was on the third floor the wall next to the fridge very top was never finished the tiles in the kitchen were never glued down. Skymark heating unit has a very loud vent motor etc etc etc. and yet rent kept going up for poor workmanship
