I have lived in my 1 Bedroom for coming up on a year now. Although the apartment is reasonably priced for the amenities there are several negatives. One, parking is very limited. In most cases, residents fabricate parking spots around the grounds. There are garages yet they are very expensive. You will pay $75 per month just to have a double garage. Also, if you actually decide to buy a garage, locations are limited. I have been on a waiting list for over 3 month. Second, is the water bill, yes the water bill. North Royalton decide to build there own water/waste treatment facility, a two person residence can pay up from $25-$50 a month on water. These rates will probably not decease at all, considering the new Mayor is planning on added more sewer lines around the city. Other then these drawbacks, the apartment are well kept, staff is friendly/professional. The location is unremarkable, although the complex is only 5 minutes from I-71 and 10 minutes from I-77. Grocery shops are located very close. If you are a young person, I would not recommend the area. The bars, clubs and social hangouts are not prominent in the area. The ones that are located close by are less than par to say the least. Apartments in general are very nice; they do come with W/D in unit and dishwasher. Unit come with large kitchen counters yet narrow space. The walk-in closet is huge. Despite the closet, there is really no room for storage unless you buy the double garage. I would recommend consider this apartment in your search. I have look all over the city and on paper/price this is a definitely in the top 20. Every advantage has disadvantage like most apartments. With that being said to overlook this complex would foolish.
