We are renewing our lease for the third time this year. We absolutely love the apartment. we have vaulted ceilings and the windows are big and let in a ton of natural light. The staff is very responsible, very kind and also really professional. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly and the main hall is always clean and well maintained. The fitness center and pool are always spotless and remain in great condition. The rent has gone up by only ten dollars each year (not bad!)

On one occasion only, we had a noise problem and complained and it was taken care of immediately. Maintenance issues (slow moving drains, etc.) are taken care of with one phone call. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and freshly painted.

The apartment allows cats with a deposit.

The ONLY complaint we have is with the parking. People tend to make their own spots because the parking lines have faded with the years.

Spruce Run is a great apartment complex and really, a good value for the money.

just be careful when you move out with the hidden charges that are unreasonable! it gets to be quite expensive for small un-noticed things. it'll blow your mind. I would ask for a very detailed checking out list ..that includes EVERYTHING. they provided us with a basic list but charged us a thousand bucks for everything else. ouch...:(
