My wife and I have lived in many apartments all over Ohio and this is our favorite. We had to move to Cincinnati because of work, otherwise we would have stayed here while saving for a house. We lived in a third floor (top) apartment for two years. Everyone was very nice and maintenance came immediately. We had an overabundance of parking spaces because we were along the east end of the complex, so parking was never an issue. We couldn't hear any of our neighbors ever, but I did speak to someone who lived on the second floor in another building and he said he could hear everything above him, so think about that when you are renting. It really is a perfect apartment, and inexpensive. Just down the street from a huge mall (South Park Mall in Strongsville), too.
