We moved in only a handful of months ago and our neighbor below us has called the police several times with no motive. We even have the police the reports stating, "No Cause" because there was no reason why we were called upon 4 times. The walls are so thin that our downstairs neighbor is fed up with our baby's teething (at 3AM) and trying to create false police reports so that we get evicted. The management doesn't care who's at fault and won't bother looking at our documented police report. Bottom line -- We lived in an apartment for several years and never experienced this level of drama. We are waiting until Monday to find out if we are going to get evicted or have to move to another apartment. The leasing office and management does not care who's making fictitious companies. Even the police have told us that we have a case for legal prosecution against the other tenant. Bottom line -- Management doesn't give a ---- about their tenants.
