Really, live somewhere else! I am going into 3rd year here and the last year and a half has been a joke. When I first moved in, it was nice and quiet...now, it's like Dorm living in my mid 30's! The people here are rude and really inconsiderate. Loud music all the time, a group of people who have "theme" parties in their garage until 4am, oh and then there are the 2 neighbors I have that party on their balcony until dawn...like clockwork, every Saturday night! Don't bother asking them to keep it down at 2am...they'll just tell you, "Hey, sweetie, it's a party!" Well, then get a house! Yes, last night was Saturday...so I didn't sleep much...but I did get to wake up to loud bass through the walls this morning!!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

Had similar problems when i lived there. I would suggest calling North Royalton PD every time you have a problem even when there is a party they still have to keep it within reason of neighbors. Keep calling them eventually the pd will start to issue tickets. Best of luck to you

I believe it all depends on who your neighbors are. Calling the police is the thing to do. My neighbors were families with small kids and I did not have issues with noise. I was also lucky to be the first resident in the apartment (moved in 2002 when the apartments opened), so I was able to maintain it and "grow old" with it.
