I lived in Spruce Run Apartments for over 6 years and I have just moved out due to a job relocation. The apartment I lived in was great: perfect floor space for a single person (2 bedroom and one bath), all amenities, beautiful view, garage and all for a price you can't beat. Neighbors were courteous and I did not experience issues. The staff was very helpful and understanding to my situation: they accepted my short notice due to job relocation and also did not charge extra fees when I moved out. The maintenance team always responded very quickly to all requests. I added a job transfer clause to my lease (for a small monthly fee) and I was able to leave without paying any penalty and only with a 1 month notice. The location is great too (close to the Metroparks, Southpark Mall and major highways (I-80 and I-71)). Nothing to complain about - I wish I were still there!
