I looked at several apartments around the North Royalton/Strongsville area before ultimately choosing Spruce Run. Spruce tends to be $100 cheaper than comparable newer complexes and has all the features you want to see. Balcony, built in washer and dryer, pool, on-site maintenance, etc. Great location, right next to South Park Mall, plenty of shopping, grocery, restaurants. We moved in at the start of July and have been very pleased so far. No issues with noise or parking. Some motorcycles that like to ride up and down the main street but that's it. Cops are a pain around North Royalton, already got a ticket so BEWARE...Light traffic around rush hour.
I say its definitely worth what we pay.
