walnut hill is ok. we live in a 2 bedroom and have tons of closet space. The rent is affordable. there is only one washer and dryer in the building. Some of the people in our building leave their clothes in there for hours on end. I actually had my downy ball stolen out of my laundry once it was already in cycle! they cost 1.29 how cheap are these people' It seems like nothing has been remodeled since the 80s. the list of things broken in this apartment are endless. However, when something breaks they fix it right away.
Carla is really helpful. When out garbage disposal, garage broke, and toilet they fixed it the next day immediatly. They are very nice.
I feel the worst part about the place is the neighbors. Its an ok place--most of the neighbors are loud and trashy. the people who live below us have a baby and other people party til all ends of the night and have loud, white trash company. Have some respect for others! We are moving in May and I can't wait. Actually, we are counting down the days. If you are a professional and do not want to live among white trash, perhaps pay more elsewhere and be happy.

It's understandable that you don't like the "loud trashy neighbors" but please don't say the person below you is trashy because they have a baby. No matter what apartment building you live in, chances are someone near you is going to have a child. Babies are a part of life - deal with it huni.

she never said the people with the baby were trashy. She was just simply stating there is a lot of noise between the baby downstairs and OTHER people in the building party all the time and are white trash. Don't slam someone if you haven't read the post correctly.

I agree some respect for others needs to be had, but people- these are APARTMENTS. If the noise of other people's lives bothers you, consider a condo or a house instead. Especially in this price range; anything with rent in the sub-$500 range can't be expected to be very high-quality. If noise is a concern about these apartments, let's start with the knocking noises coming from the steam heat!
