I've only lived here for a few months, but I haven't had any problems. The neighbors seem to all be nice, I say hello, they respond with a "hello" or "hi" and normally small talk. I like the location. The woods are right behind you and your 20 minutes from the mall and all the goodies on Pearl road. The dollar per wash and dollar per dry hurts, but I??m not too sure what the "going rate" is for washer/dryer (thought it'd be cheaper). Parking could be bad if you come home at the wrong time, that??s when it comes in handy to have a garage. The price and the location are the things that brought me here. The noise from the other apartments isn't too bad. I've heard a radio here and there when walking threw the halls, but never anything to complain about. O!!! One thing that sorta bothers me is the p.a. system. It really needs some updating. You can ONLY buzz in. You can't speak to the person at the door, and they can't speak to you. You have to walk out to the hall (down or up stairs) to see who buzzed you if you??re not expecting anyone. Some apartments have a station on the tv set to a camera at the doorway so you can see who your giving the "buzz" to enter your building (that would be nice ***and safe*** to have ;) Other then that little thing, I do recommend these apartments.
