two years later and this still holds true. even when i phoned the main office and mentioned her name the man laughed and said not to get him started on her. according to him she can do paper work really well, but has no customer service experience at all. she is nothing but nasty every time there is a problem in any of the units around mine. she doesn't want to be bothered. she is extremely nice until you sign the lease, then you're another annoying tenant.
