This seems kind of crazy to me, If you're going to live in a cheep apartment that is only $475 odds are you are not making $475 a week. If I were making that much, I sure as heck wouldn't be in a one bedroom apartment. The apartments seem nice, but honestly what full time college student can get approved for a one bedroom...I understand that Its intended to weed people out, but hard working ethical people sometimes have a modest income. So, why not look further into there prospective tenants income/savings/credit and fully evaluate the situation as opposed to put up a brick wall to anyone who lives below their means, especially during this economy. I just thing its a poor way of handling things, and it doesn't help as much as it hurts even if the intentions are preventative.
