Nice place I lived in Columbia Woods for 18 months, and found it very comfortable overall. The only downsides were semi-noisy neighbors trouncing up and down the stairs, and (necessary) speedbumps that aren't kind to car suspensions. It is totally worth the money otherwise!

Amazing place to call home This complex has something for everybody. Great mix of retirees, working folks, and kids. The community here is like family, and you would be hard pressed to find a finer staff. In fact, the property manager and maintenance manager may be the best thing
