We signed for 18 months and over that time we never had an issue resolved without having top call multiple times. the staff is never in on time and the drainage is so bad by the woods that everytime it rains it floods and turns your back yard into a swamp. plus to get to your place you have to walk through an inch of water all the way down the sidewalk.and the security lights go off almost once a month and there is no security. can't wait to move.

left this place 2 years ago. Miss it in some ways beacause the heat was included and i could walk around in my undies. Plus the suite I had was remodeled and everything was new. Downfall maintenance sucks had to have legal action to have my broken furnace replaced.
