Fox and Hounds is definitely old and it shows. Lots of things have seen better days, especially in the kitchens and the bathrooms. Our unit had new carpet, others I saw had old carpet. Some had new bathrooms, some didn't, same with the kitchens. Its a gamble what your place will look like.
During our stay there, we had a lot of things go wrong. Leaks, broken air conditioning, toilet broke a couple times. The staff got to things when they could, but it wasn't always as prompt as we would have liked. For your money, you'll be able to find a better place in Oxford.

It's true that this property is older, but all you have to do is visit to see how nicely maintained it is. Stop by our office to see a model with all the original items. We don't mislead. Your apartment will be as nice as, or better than what you are shown. Also, it is our goal to address maintenance issues in a 48 hour period. We do prioritise, and address serious issues immediately. Problems do occur on new properties or older properties. Be prompt in reporting them, and I think you'll find prompt service. We take much pride in our property and it shows!
