I too had a bad experience with the management of Oxford Square Apartments. The appliances are about 40 years old and in desperate need of replacing. My fridge did not work properly and spoiled food quite often. I asked management for a replacement several times and was refused every time. Other areas of concern--the windows are also in need of being replaced, so if you don't mind spending lots of money on heating costs then you probably won't notice. The carpet in my apartment was newer then most, most of my friends staying there had old green shag carpeting. To sum it up - the place is falling apart and the manager hides, so don't expect much.
