Think twice about giving them your application fee. It's been two weeks and they reassured me that they would have this done at the end of the FIRST week. Don't do ANYTHING until they have a place for you to actually look at (she set a time for me to come in and look at an apartment the first day and ended up just showing me pictures instead) and good luck trying to get ahold of the old lady in the office. She works when she wants to (which isn't very often) she rarely answers the phone, and NEVER returns voice mails. She's very unprofessional. The office hours say 9-5, but shes never there doing her job. She told us to call back at the end of the first week to look at a place, we did- she pushed it to monday, then decided she didnt want to go to work so we showed up to look at the place and she wasn't there.Never bothered to call and let us know she wouldn't be, either. Then we called back the next day, she finally answered but told us she hadnt finished the application and still didn't have a place for us to look at, and now shes moved it to next thursday. I've reconsidered the entire thing, and if they're like this over getting you IN an apartment, imagine what things will be like if you ever need maintenance around the place. I've decided not to move in.
