over the past 2 years ive live here ive seen personally with my own eyes drug deals being done .. ive had my car broke into and had over 6,000 dollars of stuff stole out of it in the the past 2 weeks ive had my truck hit and a mirror ripped off of it and ive had for the past 6 months or better gas being siphoned outta my vehicles first chance i get to leave this place on good or bad terms i really dont care its putting more of a strain on my wallet than its worth to keep paying rent here while i bring all these issues up to diane all she says is callt he cops and that does little to no good cause all they do is write it up on a small piece of paper and leave it at that so if your thinking of moving here i would not recomend this place at all .. all in all if diane is 2 faced the maint. staff is ok and the community of brentwood apartments needs cleaned up starting with staff then getting some of the tenants that should have been kicked out long time ago for drugs and destruction of property weather it being brentwoods or other peoples cars

Absolutely agree! I've been here 4 months, and my upstairs neighbor is partying every night at all hours, i've seen the drug deals with my own eyes.. the parents talk to their kids like dirt, which in return means their kids have no respect for anyone else.. It's an awful place to live.

i forgot one thing about this place too if you call richland Ltd they dont give a crap on what goes on down here either so its of no use
