I read the first review and feel really bad if that is the experience that person had with this complex. However I have been a resident since November 2007 and I really love my place. I live an apartment with a private entrance and I am upstairs so I kind of feel like I have my own little condo. I love the full size washer and dryer, I have vaulted ceilings an over the range microwave, ceiling fans in master bedroom and dining area. I have a lovely corner fireplace that adds ambiance to the room when on and the bathrooms are truly huge. The master closet is so big and has the best organizing shelves in them. I really like living here and so far it seems to be pretty quiet. I really don't have any complaints the construction has been muddy. Not sure what kind of prices the other two reviews are used to paying for apartments but considering what you get for the money and that they are brand new prices seemed to be pretty compareable if not better than what is available for rent.
